Good evening,

I am sending you this note to highly commend Kenny Halligan, President of Halligan Electric Co LLC, for his successful efforts in finalizing the installation of a Kohler 20KW Generator at our home in Ringwood, NJ. We contacted Kenny after another contractor was unsuccessful in starting the generator and could not explain the nature of the problem. Kenny took over the project, immediately recognized the nature of the starting problem, and also identified other serious deficiencies in the original installation. Kenny proceeded to complete the project in a timely fashion, with superb workmanship and awesome customer relation skills. In short, Kenny restored to us confidence in the Kohler equipment and support that we purchased, a confidence that had been totally undermined by the original contractor. I think it's important that outstanding talent and skills be appreciated by the people that Kenny represents.
